THE UNIQUE MODULE LOOM

The Rapidfit Wiring Loom is a unique system that allows speedy and professional wiring of your car.
The loom is produced using high quality thin wall cabling, conforming to British Standards BS-AU7a: 1983 colour coding.

It is supplied in 4 modules.

THE MAIN BODY LOOM MODULE: This is the back-bone of your new wiring loom and should be fitted first. It is supplied with fuse box and relays pre-mounted, and includes all engine and ancillary wiring.  All earth points are contained and are terminated on the loom with 8mm ring terminal.  These should be fixed to the chassis ensuring a good earth contact.

In Addition there are the Sub-Modules, these are fitted to the main body section by multi-circuit Rapidfit connectors.  Each connector is labeled to show what it is and where it connects to.

DASH BOARD WIRING MODULE: This allows you to wire up the dash instruments and switches away from the main loom, and remove the dash in some applications.
All instruments are provided with their feed, individual earth and illumination wires.  All wire ends are individually marked to show function.
If any wires are not being used they can be sealed off.

REAR LIGHTING MODULE &FRONT LIGHTING MODULE: The wires are left over-long to allow you to connect to the lights without difficulty.  Wire ends and marked to show function.Full instructions and a wiring colour code guide is supplied.

Our basic "No Frills" loom, like the RapidFit loom, is produced using high quality thin wall cabling, conforming to British Standards BS-AU7a: 1983 colour coding.

It is supplied with fuse box and relays pre-mounted.
