On the run-up to Christmas, our delivery partners Royal Mail, DHL Express and DHL Globalmail will do their very best to deliver every parcel within their standard delivery time, however,
the challenges of keeping up with the increased number of parcels during the festive season can inevitably lead to some delays so please bear that in mind for any urgent orders.
We recommend ordering 3 to 5 days earlier than you would normally for pre-Christmas deliveries and choosing DHL Express options where time is a little tight.
To ensure the simplest order process we now automate shipping calculations based upon the estimated weight of your order, location and the service level selected however as a small team we carefully manage each order through to despatch and should the actual costs vary significantly we will be in contact with available options. Undoubtedly automation when dealing with thousands of individual parts can lead to some anomalies and should you prefer us to quote the shipping, have a preferred provider or would like to arrange a pick up please contact us by phone, email or request a quotation directly from the checkout page.
