sVc now supply a wide range of Flexolite oil filter adaptor kits for a wide range of classic cars. The kits enable vehicles with older filter systems to utilise modern spin-off oil filters. All Flexolite oil filter adaptor kits are easy to fit and make changing the oil filter a clean and simple operation. The adaptors should not affect oil pressure switches, warning lights, or pressure-relief valves. In many case they will provide improved start-up oil pressure due to the use of anti-drain valves in many modern spin-off oil filters - and all cars will benefit from the improved filtration capability of modern filters. Fitting a Flexolite oil filter adaptor also makes it easy to fit an oil cooling system to your classic – vital for competition cars as well as older cars needing to keep pace with modern motoring conditions.

Many British cars of the 1950s and ‘60s shared engines, so if your particular model is not listed please look at other marques which used the same engine. FINALLY- please check the inner and outer ring adaptor plate dimensions in the product description against your filter head - as this is the best indication (other than matching Fram or Tecalemit filter head numbers) that the kit is right for you.
