Spin on oil filter conversion kit - including adaptor plate, two extension bolts (to deal with 3/8"UNC and UNF thread variations - only one will be needed), spigot bolt (3/4"UNF to filter), two sealing rings and oil filter. Adaptor plate rim dimensions - 3.125" OD and 2.975" ID - for reference against filter head outer groove dimensions.
